Are you in search of an author or freelance writer to come speak at your conference, event, writing group, book club, online chat room, class, radio show or television show? If so, contact me to schedule a date and time. I enjoy helping others and talking about my writing and books. Currently, however, I do not travel far from home, so the speaking event, writing group, book club, class, radio show or television show must be located in one of the following counties in Illinois: Saline, Massac, Johnson, Pope, Hardin, Williamson, Jackson (no further than Carbondale) or White. The only time I can step outside of the mentioned counties is if the event is an Internet event or can be done via phone. In addition to speaking events, I'm available for book signings. If you'd like to schedule an upcoming book signing event with me, I'd be delighted! As with my speaking engagements, the book signing event must take place in one of the counties mentioned above.

Not sure what to have me talk about? Help From Above is a Christian novel for young adults and adults. Through the storyline, the novel shows the effects drugs and alcohol can have on a person, and I would be more than happy to come speak with students (or anyone) about the effects of drugs and alcohol. Teachers, if you would like to assign your class to read Help From Above, it would be my pleasure to come in and talk to your students about my Christian novel and answer any questions they may have (see the counties I can visit above).
Other than the above mentioned, I can speak about freelance writing, marketing your writing or etc. If you're not sure about a topic, contact me and we can brainstorm together.
