However, before you contact me for a no-obligation quote or to discuss your project(s), please make sure you give me as many details as you can about your project(s).
Although my writing schedule keeps me busy, I check my e-mail often and should respond to you within 24 to 48 hours. If I take a vacation or plan to be away from the office, you'll receive a message letting you know when I'll be returning to my desk to answer your e-mail. If you have an urgent need, you're more than welcome to call my cell phone, which I carry with me everywhere I go. I can't guarantee I'll be able to help you if you call with an urgent need, but I promise I'll listen to your request and do everything I can to help.
